Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds, even within the 14-day period:

Accounts that have used more than 80% of their AI credit allocation

Repeat purchases or upgrades (only first-time premium purchases are eligible)

Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

Refund requests made after the 14-day window has expired

Exceptional Circumstances

While our no-refund policy is strictly enforced, the Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to consider requests for refunds or cancellations in exceptional circumstances. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized use of payment methods

Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges for the same service

System malfunctions that prevented service delivery despite successful payment

Any decision to grant a refund or cancellation in such exceptional cases is made entirely at the Company's discretion and does not establish a precedent or waive our right to enforce this policy in future transactions. The existence of this clause does not create an entitlement to refunds under any circumstances.

Subscription Management

For recurring subscription services, users may cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. However, cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period or any previous payments. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will not renew.

Users are encouraged to cancel their subscriptions at least 48 hours before the renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle. The Company is not responsible for charges incurred due to late cancellation requests.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

Pursue legal action to recover any losses, fees, or damages resulting from the dispute

Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and payment processors
